Mariner'S Village Resort, Carlyle

The resort offers stunning lake views and comfortable beds, making it an enjoyable stay. However, some aspects of service were lacking, as the lobby was not always staffed, leading to waits for assistance. While the area is peaceful and great for walks, the experience can be inconsistent, particularly in terms of maintenance.

My stay at this cabin was quite enjoyable thanks to the beautiful view and spaciousness, but I faced some inconvenience with the locking mechanism and cleanliness in certain areas. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay, but there were a few minor issues that detracted from the overall experience.

I had an unfortunate experience staying in a cabin that was overpriced and not well-maintained. While the view of the pond was lovely, everything else was disappointing with cleanliness and maintenance issues. The hotel part may be better, but I wouldn't recommend the cabins at all.

I just spent two days at Mariners Village, and while the location is unbeatable, being close to the boat ramp and restaurants, my experience wasn't as great due to the hard mattresses and lack of room cleaning during our stay.
